and benefit

Special discounts and benefits for accommodation are valid only for reservations made through the direct channels of the Hotel (official website, email or phone). The Direct Advantage benefits are exclusively for individual guests.

Discounts are not valid on already discounted items, special events, themed dinners, or special dining arrangements organized at the hotel.

1. Find a Lower Rate: Locate a better price for the same room, dates, and conditions on a licensed partner’s site (Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, Agoda).

2. Verify Eligibility: Ensure the rate matches in terms of room type, dates, number of guests, and booking conditions.

3. Contact Us: Share the link or screenshot of the lower rate with the hotel at the time of booking.

4. Hotel Review: The team will verify the claim to ensure it meets the criteria.

5. Rate Adjustment: If approved, your booking will be adjusted to match or beat the rate.

*Note: Rate matching applies only to licensed partners (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, Agoda) and not to unverified sites, sites that aggregate offers from many unverified sources (such as Bluepillow, Reserving etc.) or unauthorized & unknown to us platforms. The lower rate must be available at the time of booking and not part of a promotional offer with limited access (e.g., loyalty discounts, private deals)

To benefit from on-site discounts, guests must present their Direct Advantage card, provided upon check-in, at the venue. The card must be returned at check-out; otherwise, discounts applied shall be waived.
